I want to help... Become a Friend!
The Friends of the Eastern Monroe Public Library is a not-for-profit organization for people interested in books and libraries. Our goals are to stimulate public interest in the library, enhance library services and equipment, and support cultural and educational programs.
The Friends acquire funds through membership fees, donations, the Bookstore Without Walls, and the Annual Book Sale. Each June, the Friends Annual Book Sale, in the Community Room of the Hughes Library, attracts book lovers from all over the region.
